• Member of Intercoiffure America/Canada since 2009. Lorrene’s dedication extends beyond the beauty industry, as she serves on the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce as Vice President, with involvement in 10+ charitable events, including the annual Baby Shower for Veterans. 

• Lorrene has served on the CC Board since 2012. 

• Lorrene's philanthropic spirit shines through her involvement in more than ten charitable events, particularly her steadfast support of the annual Baby Shower for Veterans.

Anna Manukyan

• Senior Director of Education & Creative at Ulta Beauty. With over two decades of experience, she brings a unique blend of hands-on creative, business acumen, and leadership skills to her roles.

• Anna leads robust education and industry relations teams, providing support and inspiration to beauty professionals across more than 1,400 Ulta Beauty salon locations nationwide. Beauty executive and master colorist.

• Prior to joining Ulta, Anna held the position of Vice President of Education for L’Oréal’s professional products division.

• Certified Financial Educator, and the co-founder of Beauty Finance Group, providing financial guidance to beauty professionals. She is a registered professional with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

• Managing Partner & Owner of A. SALON, a color focused, environmentally conscious, cruelty free and vegan friendly full-service hair salon.

Beata Luberda Goodman

• Beata Luberda-Goodman provides advanced education in the Spa industry and has trained physicians, nurses, massage therapists and estheticians.

• Previous experience has included the role of Medical Esthetics Director for Chicago Center for Facial Plastic Surgery for Dr. S.H. Dayan, as well as Regional Educator for Dr. Howard Murad and the International Dermal Institute.

• Beata brings on-site trainings to paramedical spas, salons, day spas, resorts, and schools.

• An authorized educator for the National Society for Paramedical Esthetic Professionals and a provider for the American Red Cross.

• Speaker at International Esthetic conferences, and conventions as well as a contributing writer. Practicing clinical esthetician and a nationally certified massage therapist.

Erskine Reeves

• Chief Executive Officer and Instructor for Erskine Reeves Barber Academy, 2014-present. Effectively manages office staff, barber instructors, handles recruitment and oversees all financial and budgets.

• Erskine Reeves Barbershop, operating since 2009, Erskine leads as CEO/Stylist and Barber. Trains teams in industry techniques, manages local and national marketing, and serves as a senior stylist with expertise in hair care.

• Current Secretary/Treasurer for Illinois Association of Cosmetology Schools, coordinates yearly educational events, actively participates in board meetings, and contributes innovative ideas regarding industry legislation.

• National Educator/Platform Artist providing high quality hair cutting and texturizing techniques, featured in national advertisements, conducted Barber-Boot camp seminars on professionalism and retail.

• Winner of Bronner Brothers International barber competition, Two-time winner of Proud Lady Barber Competition, Featured in Various Magazines and Publications Abroad, and a CT Expo Barber Grammy Nominee.

Maggie Bujak-Karshna

• Combining her passion for hairstyling and business acumen, Maggie and her husband brought the vision of Pilorum Salon and Spa to life in 2017.

• In 2020, Pilorum Salon and Spa earned the prestigious Niles "Small Business of the Year" award, a remarkable achievement for the young business. Maggie and her team actively engage in community service, hosting annual drives to support a local animal shelter.

• Maggie’s leadership extends beyond her salon as she initiated the ICUT (Illinois Cosmetologists Unite Together) group in 2020. This group unites beauty professionals, fostering support.

• Maggie’s commitment to her community, industry collaboration, and diverse passions highlight her multifaceted and impactful career.
